  Practical Testing of Project Tools
  Participants of ipcenters VET and guidance courses have already tested the evaluation tool, as part of their learning activities.

  Trainer Workshop in Vienna
  In January 2023 ipcenter hosted the DIGISETS training workshop. Trainers/counsellors from Austria, Greece, and Bulgaria participated and reviewed the project results (competence framework, evaluation tool, handbook). It was a great opportunity to gather practical feedback, suggestions for improvements, and potential further use cases for the DIGISETS evaluation tool.

  TPM in Sofia, Nov 2022 – Finalising outputs, preparing practical testing
  The DIGISETS project successfully held the 4th TPM in Sofia, Bulgaria on Nov 7-8, 2022. Organised by the local partner ECG, the 2-day event was mainly focusing on coordinating final work on the evaluation tool and the trainer handbook (IO2 and IO3).

  Summary of National Surveys
  We proudly present the Summary of National Surveys on Identifying Gaps in Digital Skills for Service Workers in Tourism and Retail Sectors. This is the first report of our workpackage IO1 Digital Competence Framework.

  Next Phase in the DIGISETS Projekt
  Our project DIGISETS enters the next phase now – hands-on prototyping: We deepen our work on the needs-oriented online self-evaluation tool for employees/jobseekers in retail and tourism. The tool is based on our competence framework (IO1) and will be interactive and easily accessible and help the participants to assess their digital competencies in 5 different areas and also provide information for further qualification offers.

  Successful TPM Meeting in Vienna
  After many months the DIGISETS partners were able to meet for the first time in person during the 2nd TPM in Vienna. It showed how much more productive – compared to ZOOM meetings – it is to be in the same room and it was possible to make much progress in IO1, IO2 and most importantly in knowing each other.

  Online Survey for Labour Market-Relevant Digital Skills
  For the evaluation of labour-market relevant digital skills, digisets – a project coordinated by ipcenter – has developed an online survey for managers/trainers and employees/trainees in retail and tourism. The survey is anonymous, and its results will be used to further define our project output IO1, the competence framework.
