From Jan 23-25, 2023, ipcenter hosted the official training workshop of the DIGISETS project. Trainers/counsellors from Austria, Greece, and Bulgaria participated in the event and reviewed the project results (competence framework, evaluation tool, handbook). The workshop was a great opportunity to gather practical feedback, suggestions for improvements, and potential further use cases for the DIGISETS evaluation tool.
The workshop also contained a study visit at a training center from Weidinger & Partner, a close partner company of ipcenter, where we got a presentation of their training facilities (restaurant kitchen, cafe, bar, hotel) and discussed possibilities with trainers on how to use our evaluation tool in their job orientation and training work.
