Our project DIGISETS enters the next phase now: After intensive deliberations and research of the project partners, and internal brainstorming at a TPM in Valencia at the end of September, work on the needs-oriented online self-evaluation tool for employees/jobseekers in retail and tourism is now continuing. The tool is based on our competence framework (IO1) and will be interactive and easily accessible and help the participants to assess their digital competencies in 5 different areas and also provide information for further qualification offers. Also, the tool is meant to be a support and evaluation tool for teachers/trainers and HR managers.
